•  With the utilization of email we are able to update our clients on the status of their current consignments. This email reporting enables clients to be updated directly from our operating systems without any further manipulation of data.
•  We have also adopted the use of Skype at all of our offices allowing for cost cutting for all of our companies as well as clients that choose to use this means of communication.
•  Internal company reports generated by our system ensures managers within the chain are fully aware of cargo status.
•  We have developed a pre alert system that ensures that the customs entries and duty payments are dealt with accurately and efficiently. Loading authority is only granted upon written confirmation that all documentation is in order. This system ensures minimum delays at the border.
•  We have backup Generators at BBCA and PC Beitbridge which enables us to continue to operate during power outages.
•  As mentioned in our mission statement, we ensure that our computer and communications hardware and software are updated in order to take advantage of the latest practical applications in the market.
